What can I do with the EVlution App?

How do I find a charging station near me and nearby places to spend time?

Press on the search bar within the app and key in your current location. Not only will the app display nearby charging stations, but it will also show you entertainment and food hubs where you can spend your time while your car charges.

How do I reserve a charging slot and for how long?

You can reserve a charging slot for up to 15 minutes. To make a reservation, select your desired charging point and press the 'Reservation' button. A countdown timer of 15 minutes will start, securing your slot during this period.

What payment methods are accepted within the app?

The app accepts a variety of payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, GrabPay, Alipay, FPX, Union Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I add or change my payment information?

Go to the 3-line icon on the top left side of the screen and press on 'Pay Via:'. Inside, you can edit your default payment method.

The app isn't displaying any nearby charging stations. What should I do?

Make sure your device's location services are activated and that you've allowed the app to access your location.

I'm experiencing technical issues with the app. How do I get help?

Go to the 3-line icon at the top left side of the screen and look for 'Help & Support'. This will direct you to our Point of Contact (PIC) via WhatsApp.
